SSR Refurb

Hi
I read on another forum that SSR is having a refurb, is this the case and if so is this the whole resort?
Something like this does it have a knock on effect on the dues for the following year when they are announced?

They generally do a refurb a bit of the resort at a time, new "murphy beds" is one of the things being done. 2 different re-furbs, a "Soft re-furb" is painting & decorating plus changing some of the stuff in the rooms. Any re-furb get's added on to your dues but generally it's not a massive hike. Can't remember if it was added on this year as TBH I just have a quick scan

& as we pay by DD we don't really notice.

SSR has built a huge capital reserve already to cover refurbs. Thus I wouldn't expect a refurb to influence dues, but remains to be seen.
This refurb, due to start 2019 will be a biggie. Pretty much a gutting and total remodel I believe. Testing Murphy sofa beds now which look wonderful and likely will be rolled out. Also Murphy singles in studio.
Test Rooms are allegedly been built for feedback this year.
All tiles in kitchen will likely be stripped out and replaced with glass / plastic like Key West and BLT.
Maybe even in bathroom.
Manager let the last one slip at last year's member's meeting I understand when a member said he had stated the tiles would be gone and they'll be looking for a smooth look.

do you think they will be adding the drop down bed in studios / one beds increasing occupation to 5?
