Highline in New York

Hi can anyone help please? There is an unusual car park that can be viewed from the Highline walk - we waited for ages to see it operated without success. I wanted to find out more about it but don't know what it is called. I can only describe it as a mechanical car park on around 3 levels.

Anyone help please?

I think it�s called Edison Parkfast at 161 10th Ave, NY
Google street view has pictures of it from the Highline.

There's a few of these all over Manhattan.

We walked past that car park in April and didn't see it in action either, it looked filled though.

Don't think I would like to try to park my car there, looked too complicated for me.
