Annual Pass Questions

Hello,
We are potentially doing 2 WDW trips within a 12 month period next year and my understanding is that it will be better value to get an annual pass? I have a few questions which I am struggling to find any answers for, if someone could help:

- Can we order the annual pass online before our 1st trip and if so how to we get the magic bands?

- The restriction to book only 7 days of Fast passes if staying offsite, do the days have to be consecutive or can I book any 7 days over a 2 week period?

- Does anyone know what the discount for MNSSHP is for AP holders?

We bought annual passes online earlier this year and collected them at the ticket booth at Magic Kingdom by showing the email confirmation of the order and our driving licence as ID. We then went inside MK which activated the passes for the year ahead and called at the ticket office next to Hall of Presidents to collect our magic bands and they were linked for us.

Can't answer the other questions I'm afraid.

You can book any seven days no need for them to be consecutive. MNSSHP price is $70 i think.
