I often picked up a pastry in whichever park I was in the night before. I took it back to my fridge ready to eat early morning. I like to make the most of the first few hours in a park and this saves me having to find something to eat so early on. My kids were happy to eat the cereal boxes I took from home

Some of the snack breakfasts we had in the parks or resort last trip.

Thanks, very interesting.

Our problem is a lack of a sweet tooth so a lot of snack items don't appeal.

I think we'll maybe have to pick up something the night before or have our lunch at 10am

DFBGuide (on youtube) just released a video of savoury snack/QS meals for breakfast in the parks. I've not linked as I'm not sure if that breaks DIBB rules.

I love getting a cinnamon bun from Gastons to share as a snack credit, because it is huge! I also love getting a tray of donuts from Walmart to keep in the room, so I can eat one before I head to the parks, impossible to eat healthy when on holiday!

We used to pop into the QS at our resort to grab a snack breakfast as there wasn't usually a queue, unlike at starbucks in the parks. Our favourite was either a bagel and cream cheese or a cinnamon roll!

Can everyone stop mentioning cinnamon rolls please? I LOVE these and have to wait until Sept to get one from Gastons

I am diabetic so can't have 70 carbs for breakfast. I keep fruit in the room and have a slice of high protein toast (we stay in a DVC property). sometimes, just a Greek Yogurt to start.

Last time we were very disappointed in what was available in the parks (2017). I don't like Starbucks and my DD wants protein. It was pretty difficult to find a simple breakfast sandwich.

I always struggle to find anything savoury so I’m off to check out that Disney Food Blog.
OH and DS quite like the Starbucks McMuffin type things but the meat free option is just rank! I’m not vegetarian but am funny about meat. I might risk ham but that would be about it for that kind of thing. I think there’s a ham and cheese croissant in the boulangerie at Epcot

I struggled to find anything last time. There were loads of sweet options though
