Thanks for all your advice. I dont know what to do, normally my migraines are not that frequent so never thought about it before it's just I've had 4 this week alone and I don't know if I can cope with it. If it was 100% effective then of course I would have it. I will think about it a bit longer.

Had mine done and it greatly reduced my migraines. I know there is no scientific proof but my thought was that I had nothing to lose if it didn’t work. Echo the sentiments to go to a reputable piercer. The piercing didn’t hurt but I got keloid scaring which was painful and took ages to heal. It was worth it to get rid of the migraines though.

I can sympathise greatly.
Try Feverfew tablets, they’ve definitely helped with the frequency. You can get them on Amazon.
I take one a day and noticed a different after about a week.
