Eyes without a face

I just put that song on youtube (eyes without a face - Billy Idol) and my wife almost went into meltdown because she hates that song so much. I didn’t know she hated it so much so I’m going to have make sure I don’t accidentally put it on really loud when she annoys me

The song I hate is ‘video killed the radio star.’

Thank you for your continued support reading my amazing threads.

There are 3 versions, that I know, of the Power of Love.

Jennifer Rush - one of my worst songs
Huey Lewis - ok
Frankie Goes... - good

I hate Come on Eileen by Dexys Midnight Runners.
I find myself rather strange for that as I have an aunty Eileen who I absolutely love.

I’m currently sitting on the loo doing big toilets reading this on my iphone and I forgot I made this amazing thread, but sadly it hasn’t been as successful as my other amazing threads. I guess not every film an actor makes will be brilliant, and not every thread I make will be brilliant (although most are).

Mickey, I actually view your threads as ‘astonishing’, rather than ‘amazing’.

I have a continuing dislike of anything being broadcast by Michael Jackson and immediately change channels. He is equally as unconvicted as Jimmy Saville, but we never see Jimmy’s mug on top of the pops repeats because the evidence is equally compelling. All of his work should go the same way as that of Gary Glitter and Jonathan King.. in the bin, never to be broadcast again.. and he never invented the Moonwalk either. He was taught it by Jeffrey Daniel of Shalamar.. ‘Night to remember’ is well worth a watch if you don’t.. remember.

I equally have an utter dislike of bad cover versions of great songs.
Under the bridge by the All saints.
Anything at all by Ronan Keating, particularly Father and Son..
Boys of Summer by DJ.
Sammy.
First cut is the Deepest by Rod Stewart.
Love is all around us by Wet wet wet.. wet.
Many, many more!

Butchering great songs can never be clever.

I really don't like Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader.

I would say I’m more ‘astonished’ as to how I can keep producing such amazing threads.

I used to like some of Micheal Jackson’s songs but I also feel similar to you because of his need to have young boys share his bed.

I know he didn’t invent the moonwalk but I didn’t know it was the chap out of Shalamar who taught him it.

The likes of all saints and Ronan Keating get my finger on the next station button if they come on in my car. I didn’t know that Rod Stewart was doing a cover of first cut is the deepest.
