Early breakfast near Brooklyn Bridge
Hi all
On our first morning in NYC, we are hoping to get a early subway train (6 ish) to Brooklyn bridge, eat breakfast and walk across the bridge. We are then due to collect our tickets for SOL crown by 8-815 to get on the first boat by 9. Any suggestion of a diner/ cafe to eat breakfast in. It would need to be open for 0630 ish Thanks all |

Personally that's too tight a time schedule for me. You'd be route marching across the Brooklyn Bridge rather than enjoying the walk and the view.
If you decide to eat before heading to Battery Park I recommend George's on Greenwich Street. |

Another vote for George's. Open v early. Or go when you get back from SOL and take your time there.
My kids looooove the disco fries there. Chips, cheese and chicken gravy. Sounds vile but we have been several times so they can get their fix. DH likes their Philly cheese steak Edited at 11:43 PM. |

Another vote for George’s! We had a really good breakfast there before our SOL time - although we had a time later in the day than yours. |

I think the timings will be fine.
We did this on our first morning and spent about 45 minutes on Brooklyn bridge and walking across. We had breakfast after this at the Denny’s in the financial district. Best Denny’s we have been to and prices reasonable. We then walked through financial district and down to Battery park.

That’s disappointing it had only just opened when we were there 2 years ago. Was planning to go there in March
