BA 2021 cancellation thread

We are 16th august,losing hope.Will bump forward up to 23rd then its onto waiting for our back up october booking!

From what I gathered when I spoke to the BA agent the other week when ours were cancelled, if you rebook for within 2 weeks you don’t have to pay any difference in price however to move it to a date outside of 2 weeks you pay the difference in any car hire or hotel price. I’m not sure about the Class of seats though as we were just WT. You would only be able to rebook to a date that is currently available so would depend on when they cancel and when in July you can go

We booked to fly on the 6th Aug with BA now - not feeling very optimistic at the moment! This was rebooked after my Aer Lingus flights were cancelled...

We are the 7th and that was another Aer Lingus rebooking I really want to know now. Because of school we can only delay by a few days or shorten the holiday so sadly it might be next year for us.

We are booked on the flight on the 6th. It would be so lovely to go.. I don't think we'd rebook August, thinking about Christmas or Easter - not sure if we will deal well with the crowds.. So much can change in a month though right?

Agree. If our 6th Aug flights get cancelled we have decided to forget August as the stress of the uncertainty is just too much. We are thinking of re-booking for Nov/Dec or Jan - not sure which yet...
