Have a look on the Sykes Cottages web site; input your dates and see if anything comes up that you fancy. I've just put in 14th August for 7 nights for 4 and various options have come up. Hope you find something soon. x

A work colleague has posted on the intranet she has a cottage in Anglesey available w/c 3rd, 10th, 24th & 31st of July, it is 2 bed and she allows one dog, very reasonable prices as well for the week. Any contact info needed PM me.

I think there’s quite a bit of availability if you are looking at Wales. The annoying thing with the Sykes website is that you have to view every single property to see the availability because this isn’t part of the search function even though it asks you to input your dates

Where are you looking for then if not Wales? that would help anyone looking out for you, try air B and B, with them you can search by a whole month and it will only show what’s available x

Thank you. We were looking at places within a 2 hour drive so lakes, borders or Yorkshire. We’ve finally managed to find a week today without any compromises.
