Passport advice
My DD’s passport (children’s 5 year) was issued Jan 2017 and expires Oct 2022, am I correct in thinking she will be ok to travel to Europe until April 2022? Many thanks

You need to check, the extra months on top don't count any more, so as far as the EU is concerned it expires Jan 2022. This means with the six months validity required it needs renewing now I think.

You can’t travel to Europe if the passport is older than 10 years
I found this out after booking a holiday to Majorca with 6 months left on my passport thinking I’d be ok! But as they added my extra months when I renewed it wouldn’t be accepted! |
