Can you do anything with green baby pumpkins?
We’ve been growing pumpkins and were doing well until yesterday when I got up to discover something had taken bites out of them all overnight .
It’s only on one side of each of them so wondered if I could cut them in half and do anything with the rest of it rather than waste them all? |

yeah, just use it as normal in soup/stew/curry/etc
it tastes more like courgette than pumpkin at this stage (ie doesnt really taste of much!), but as long as you add a bit more spice or whatever to balance it, itll be fine! Edited at 02:22 PM. |
