Will B.A. Be cancelling more flights?

Do you think they will cancel more flights as they have missed a week of cancellations.? Is that it now ? If you have a booking you have to get a voucher or move flights and pay the difference? Can't understand why they haven't done anymore cancellations. Final balance due next Thursday,so I am going to have to make a decision soon as don't want to pay balance and then have to have a voucher as there are 10 of us going or not going. Can't see Biden letting us in anytime soon. What is everyone else doing that are due to pay final balance in next week or two ?

I think they were holding out hoping for an update just like the rest of us. I can't see them not doing the next round of the MCO/TPA direct route cancellations soon, there's not enough demand outside of British tourists.

Been some major issues getting hold of BA this last week so I would guess they haven’t cancelled the flights until they get the call centre/staffing levels back up to deal with the usual influx.

Unfortunately I’m sure the cancellations will come. They might have just moved to cancelling a week later for the next month or 2.

I’m not paying my balance. It’s not due till a week on Friday, sure it will be cancelled by then.

Me to I already booked a backup for Greece but that balance is due and thought I would of had a cancellation so will have two balances due together x

I am sure the cancellations will start again shortly, I agree with you that there is no sign of anything changing regarding the border.

If I had a balance to pay within the next couple of weeks for travel in the next month or so, no I wouldn’t pay it, I would accept that it is not happening by now. My balance is due early November and I doubt I will be paying that, but I will probably ask for an extension.

If you don't pay your balance would you not lose your deposit?

I need to know if we would lose our deposit if balance not paid, we were meant to go Mexico on 11th Oct and balance due 20th September, it clearly states on their terms that we can get a refund if on red but I can’t get through to claim this and don’t want another voucher, just worried if I don’t pay balance then they will keep our £600 deposit

I won’t pay the balance but may push my booking out until later in 2022 to save the deposit. Otherwise if I lose the deposit I lose the deposit, it was always the risk when I chose to book in the middle of a pandemic.

Just had email for final balance. Shall wait to see if they cancel before Saturday. If they don't , I shall apply for a voucher for the deposit. But then I'm stuck to booking with B.A.
