I read that too but it was just an opinion piece

It carries no more weight than the “open by Easter/labour day/thanksgiving” stuff that has all proven wrong.

USA has as much chance of opening next week as any day next year.

If they don’t open until November next year New York will be bankrupt!

£200m a day it’s costing the US, eventually it will hamper their economy. Especially when it low season.

No, both MCO and TPA are still showing as on sale for that week. Getting down to the wire now.

I still think it will be overnight/tomorrow, especially since VS cancelled that week earlier today. Normally they lag a bit behind BA, so the holdout is a bit unusual.

Really frustrated that if we’d booked with virgin our flights would be cancelled but still waiting on BA

We should be cancelled by BA tomorrow as per the previous schedule but not sure it’s going to happen as there’s a lot of you still waiting for the week before us!

Same for us. We were also due to fly on the 16th, flight plus car. The reminders about paying the balance are increasing the stress! We are just going to sit tight until the 25th and if there is no news, I guess we will have to request a voucher.

We have already moved our villa to next October. It’s a shame that next year’s flights won’t be out in time to transfer the booking - we got such a good price this year!
