I was only checking flights but we have a holiday booked.

Same here. I cant book a holiday for my dates either only a flight. Maybe the system is preparing for a big bunch of cancellations now?

Or maybe they’ve realised people may be booking a holiday for those dates, paying a deposit, hoping it gets cancelled then moving it to next August.

Sure they’ll defo get cancelled but I’d say they’re looking to move genuine reschedules not new bookings.

Got to be honest the idea had occurred to me, although I didn’t do it myself.

So I couldn’t hold my nerve any longer, so I’ve booked Tampa flights for next summer as Orlando was so much more expensive 😢

I’m then hoping that once my flights finally get cancelled, that if BA can move my Orlando flights forward and it works out cheaper once they add in the car hire, then I’ll cancel the Tampa flights and take a voucher which I’m hoping they will let me use for a hotel only booking (seems to be mixed messages on here about that) - otherwise I might be left with a £200 voucher - anyone know how long I’d have to use said voucher if so?

You can’t use the vouchers on hotel only bookings. I haven’t seen anyone on here say you can.
