Disney tickets from 2020. What now?

Can’t find this anywhere... we bought our Florida 2020 disney tickets and attached them to our mde. Obviously we couldn’t go so went on to re book our days for 2021. We now can’t go this year either... so what happens to my tickets now?
What has everyone done?

You need to email Disney - they will refund and you buy new for next year. That's what we had to do - of course the new tickets are more expensive The email I used was disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com

Thank you. I can’t see them doing that.
Last year they refused to refund and said they would extend to December 2021!

Did you buy direct from Disney or through a 3rd party? My ticket and my family's tickets were all direct from Disney and they extended the validity first time (I wasn't after a refund) and when I asked for an extension again they said this time it would be a refund.

We bought via OA.

I purchased ours from OA and phoned them last week. We had to pay the difference that Disney wanted to change the tickets to 2022, OA did not charge a fee for doing this it was just the amount Disney requested.

Just talked to Disney.. they have moved my ticket to next year

But my 21 day ticket is now a 14 day ticket.

Attraction tickets said I could send back and either pay £30 per ticket to upgrade to 14 day tickets or get 80% cash back and a 20% voucher to use against other things with them.
Opted for the Disney way and paid no extra!

Which No did you call Disney on? We ordered through a third party too and our flights have just been cancelled. Disney had last year automatically extended them to the end of Sept this year and I would like to see if they would move to next year too.

Excited about Disney

I changed our tickets yesterday - purchased through Orlando Ticket Deals (now Attraction Tickets) 11/2019 for 2020 holiday, Disney extended to 09/2021, Universal & Seaworld extended to 12/2021. We have now moved our holiday to 06/2022 so I phoned Attraction Tickets yesterday.
Universal & Seaworld have now extended their tickets to 12/2022 but Disney had to be replaced and the difference paid. I had to cut through the existing Disney tickets, so that the ticket numbers could still be seen for cancellation, and send a photo before the new tickets would be issued. I have received notification this afternoon that the new tickets have been dispatched.

We called 4079395277
Got put through to a customer service person then transferred onto ticketing
As much as attraction tickets where understanding, Disney gave a better deal.
( we did go from 21 days to 14 but we didn’t have to pay any extra)
