The couple of times we booked it we did it about a month before. The last trip was incredibly short notice, we never booked ME, just turned up at the airport, they checked our hotel reservation and we got on the bus!

We normally book it as soon as we've booked our flights, so around 11 months in advance.

I would figure it can be done as soon as you have a reservation, as this is the qualifying element, and the flight time so you know roughly when to book. I guess they are used to people being bumped from one flight to another etc. so the timing is not critical.

As above, I've always figured that just turning up will still get you on the bus, just take longer to process. I like to book as there is a special feeling to dinging your magic band on that first mickey head

I just booked mine for in 2 weeks time.
I'm pretty sure they would accommodate you, even you have a last minute trip.

I book it as soon as I've booked flights. It's something to tick off the list.
