How long is a piece of string? - Villa Related
A friend has asked me to give her the general costs of an Orlando holiday. I can give her info on nearly everything, including onsite v's offsite but my knowledge of accommodation is limited to Disney/Universal/offsite hotels and she is keen to know about villas which I have no experience of whatsoever.
So the how long is the string question - I know it's difficult as there are so many villas in so many locations but is it possible for anyone to give me a very rough guideline as to how much a 4/5 bed villa would cost for a two week holiday. I just want to be able to give her a starting point as she is only considering this holiday at the moment and trying to decide if she could afford it. Thanks in advance. ETA: Just realised that time of year will affect price. She's currently considering May & Sept I believe. Edited at 11:15 PM. |

You would be best pointing her in the direction of the Dibb and she can have a look at the Dibb villas on offer herself. There is a good selection of villas in all price ranges.

Excited about Disney

We have stayed in a fairly luxurious 4 bed which is now around £900 per week. Last year we stayed in a smaller 4 bed with no spa only a pool and it was £600 per week. Absolutely nothing wrong with the cheaper option, it was lovely but slightly less amenities and further away from Orlando. I would say for a good 4/5 bed you can expect to pay upwards of £850 a week.

It very much depends where and type. We pay £1000 a week for a very nice 4 bed/4bath villa inc spa/pool and games room on Windsor Hills, 3 miles from AK.
I also know people who have spent closer to £600 a week further away or on non-gated communities, all been happy and had a nice time.
