I booked mine and my boyfriends tickets with AT and had a similiar experience. From what I was told, I needed to pay my balance for my combo tickets by June 7th in order to receive my tickets by June 10th so that I could receive them before Disney stopped the sales and also in time to 'reserve my place' for Disney theme parks.

If I didn't pay my balance I could have moved them to 2021 tickets if I decided to go next year instead. However if I paid the balance within that time frame, the tickets issued will be valid until September 2021 for the Disney tickets and December 2021 for Universal and Seaworld parks whilst still locking in the 2020 price. This was a no brainer for me as if our flight doesn't go this August, we'll be rebooking for next year anyway.

I'm not sure if OA is the same but it's worth some research, especially if you are unsure if you are going this year or next.

Edit: Just read that you cancelled the Disney side. My bad.
