Mobile Healthy baking

Is it possible to bake sweet treats but keep them relatively low calorie?

My mum sent over some homemade flapjacks this week and they are so yummy, but I can taste they are loaded with sugar and syrup. I would love to bake more but I try and watch my weight.

Do you know of any web pages where I can find healthier versions of homemade sweet treats?
