Bit of a quandary - what would you do?
We had a flight booked back in March to MCO, changed it to August (same reference number), changed it again to Phoenix via Salt Lake City ( still same ref no.). Then they cancelled the flights to SLC and we didn’t like their alternative, so changed it again to Phoenix via Seattle. (Same ref no.).
Now it’s all correct on the app and my laptop, however there should have been extra taxes which have never been taken ,and we never got a confirmation email. So do I ring Virgin to check or just turn up at airport (hopefully) and presume everything will be fine. Given that Virgin have had a good chunk of my money since around this time last year I’m tempted not to worry about the extra taxes , about £120, or is that really wrong. Also to have to sit on hold for ever trying to get through to tell them I owe them money doesn’t thrill me. Then there’s the missing email... |
