My premiums were no higher, we paid £68 for annual. We were getting some quotes of £300, don't know if this was because of the autism though. It's like I said you don't know how good they will be until you need to claim. Fingers crossed we never will

I've just rang my insurance company, they asked me if he took any medication (which he doesn't) & if he had been diagnosed within the last two years (not sure what that had to do with anything!).
As these two things didn't apply they said that it didn't effect my policy but thanks for letting them know.

My insurance company said that as it wasn't a medical condition that it didn't affect our policy
