Urgent help needed!

DD made some brownies to take school tommoro and they not seeming to cook in the middle? Should I leave in oven at about 160 for 5-10 mins more ?

Mine normally take about 40 mins at that temp but I like mine cooked through (I know the fashion is to have them super unbaked in the middle).

I've found with my brownies that while they're hot in the oven the middle never seems to really set, but once I take them out and they cool the middle starts setting quite quickly.

I use the toothpick test to check if they're done, and take them out when the toothpick comes out cleanly.

Brownies are slightly gooey in the middle, I’d leave them a bit longer then leave them to cool and they should be ok once cold. If you cut them hot they fall apart x
