Did you have problems online when you tried to cancel your booking. I am getting into cancel my booking but then it says an error occured so won't confirm my cancellation. I have written 3 emails to head office but all of them have been ignored. Thanks in anticipation.

I had to go down the charge back route I'm afraid. Had an email back from HO saying they'd get in touch within 5 days but nothing after that. All sorted now through my CC company.

It allowed me to cancel online so no problems there. Getting the refund was another story though. I had to submit a charge back claim.

Thanks very much for your reply. It allows me to get to the Cancel Booking tab but as soon as I press that it tells me an error occurs. Will try through my CC now. Thanks again.
