Orlando Attractions - refunded yet?
Wondering if anyone has been successful in getting a refund from Orlando Attractions?
I know quite a few people have been promised refunds but has anyone actually received one yet? Edited 12/05/20 It was brought to my attention today that people might be mixing up Orlando Attractions with Orlando Attraction Tickets. This thread relates to Orlando Attractions and while I am a bit concerned I haven’t received my refund as yet, I don’t want them to be cast in a bad light here if some of the lack of refund experiences don’t actually relate to them.  Edited again 20/05/20 I received my refund on our Universal tickets today

Sorry i just posted the same question on another thread.
I sent my tickets back recorded delivery and they were signed for. The response appears to be that there is no one in the office and the refund will take 30 to 60 days. Difficult to believe really but what can you do about it |

Same. I posted mine back to the uk address and have had acknowledgement that they've been received but no refund as yet.

Not impressed by their service on refunds. Like many, they seem to be good when all is well, but not so great when there is an issue.

I got my refund a few weeks ago from them. They gave me a call to make sure card details were correct and the refund came through a few days later.

Sorry, just read this a bit more. I didn’t have physical tickets. Maybe that’s why my refund was faster
