Universal Guest Services have extended our Annual Passes (which were due to expire 29/01/2021 + amount of days the parks have been closed due to Covid) until our next holiday in October 2021.

My annual pass is due to expire next month. We was supposed to be going this month. Will they extend by the amount of days closed added as soon as they open. We will not get back until next year so will I be able to use the days then or not

Hi there

If you send an email to their guest services and just explain you wont be able to travel until next year, they will more than likely extend your pass (or just make it so that you are able to use it on the dates that you are due to holiday) They were really helpful

I have emailed twice and they have just replied they will extend it but not saying when I can use them. Which email address did you use please

Hi op, thanks for the info, I sent an email to them on Thursday as I’m in the same situation as you, we should be there right now!

I’ve grovelled and begged, but not had a response yet, how long did they take to come back to you?

We are in the same position, ours expire on 27th May and we should of been going in 16 days 😭

My annual pass runs out next Saturday, not going til November now I doubt they would extend my pass til then but no harm in chatting with them to see
