has anyone been trying to book this today, tickets should go on sale to onsite guests today but the website is being a nightmare, called up but disney say its only available to buy online. got a ticket desk number and was on hold for 50 minutes only to be cut off as soon as they answered

Jeez Louise, what a carry on!
It turns out because virgin had only put 4 guests on my hotel booking instead of 5, I linked everyone else except me, because it’s my mde account it didn’t think I had a valid hotel booking.
Had to contact Disney again Have them remove the eldest from the hotel booking, add me.
Then had renew my nord vpn subscription which I didn’t even know had expired, go in to us site and bingo 5 very merry Christmas extra hour’s tickets.
Joe had better open the border before December after all that.
And then get onto virgin about the hotel booking. They say they’ve booked 5, spoke to dolphin reservation desk who say they only booked 4.
Dolphin can’t change it without confirmation from virgin, and trying to get through to virgin, we’ll It’d be easier getting a personal meeting Richard Branston

What a nightmare. If you have a travel and hotel booked with Virgin ( Holidays?) too I hope they’ve allocated you a space on the plane 🤦🏼
