I hope they liked them I did bacon and cheese ones earlier to go with soup for dinner tonight but they have been eaten so it�s sourdough rolls with the soup now

They went down a treat and sons GF took some home for her parents , she has just messaged me to say they loved them!
Which cheese do you use please ?I know my gang would definitely love savoury ones

I use strong cheddar grated with the bacon
They are also nice made with pesto and Parmesan
