A/P strollers and wheelchairs.

We have just bought the magic plus annual passes for €259 which included free stroller and wheelchair hire. We are taking our grandaughter and my mother so need one of each. We were also looking at the photopass which was €49. It looks like the stroller and wheelchair hire are no longer available and the photopass is now €59. Does anyone know if we will still get the wheelchair and stroller as agreed or will we be told that we have to pay to hire them now. Also with the photopass although it’s only €10 I’m not too happy to have signed up for it at one price and now get told that it’ll be another
