Mobile Bit of a quandary - what would you do?

We had a flight booked back in March to MCO, changed it to August (same reference number), changed it again to Phoenix via Salt Lake City ( still same ref no.). Then they cancelled the flights to SLC and we didn’t like their alternative, so changed it again to Phoenix via Seattle. (Same ref no.).
Now it’s all correct on the app and my laptop, however there should have been extra taxes which have never been taken ,and we never got a confirmation email. So do I ring Virgin to check or just turn up at airport (hopefully) and presume everything will be fine. Given that Virgin have had a good chunk of my money since around this time last year I’m tempted not to worry about the extra taxes , about £120, or is that really wrong. Also to have to sit on hold for ever trying to get through to tell them I owe them money doesn’t thrill me. Then there’s the missing email...

I've got absolutely no experience of this, but I'd be tempted to just leave things as they are...

As long as the flights are there and correct I wouldn't contact them as it is more than 14 days to departure and they wont talk to you yet!

Just be prepared that they might ask for the money at the airport! We had this after chopping and changing some flights a couple of years back, then when we arrived at Orlando for the return flight home, they asked for another £120.

I upgraded some reward flights with Virgin and they didn’t take the extra taxes in time. The booking was updated almost instantly. We couldn’t check in online and when we got to the front at check in they said there was an issue and we had to go to the customer service desk, where we queued for an hour! The issue was the extra tax hadn’t been taken and the ticket not reissued. I always make sure it’s done now by calling up a few weeks after I’ve made the change.
