Can't find my Discovery Cove ref to contact them.

I know I booked a Black Friday deal around at £125pp around 17th Nov 19 for our planned visit on 28th April 20. I can't find my print out tickets and can't find anything searching my emails either.
I need to contact them to see how much longer our tickets can stay open for, or whether to ask for a refund.
Is it too late to claim from our credit card if i need to. Any ideas, and who would I be best speaking to?

Who did you book it through? They would be my first point of contact as they should be able to find your booking using your postal address/name etc

I'm certain I booked direct with them.
I can't understand not having the print out tickets, I'd normally print them off and keep them safe. I've found our ESTA print out but no tickets.

I've found the printed tickets now, my holiday folder has got put in a different place!
I've emailed discovery cove to ask how long tickets can stay open for as we may not visit until 2022. Not sure if that's best or if I should have just asked for a refund.

II had a prompt email response from Discovery Cove saying it's Dec 21 now but they will likely extend into 22. They assured me they will work with us when the situation becomes clearer. I feel happier now I've done that, even though our next trip may be over 12 months away.

I also booked tickets with them in Nov 19 for our May 20 trip, I got an email from them around April 20 saying that they would extend the validity of the tickets until Dec 21 and also throw in a free photo package because of the cancellation.

I rebooked for May 21, but am thinking that probably wont happen now either, I emailed them in around Nov 20 asking if we couldn't go in 21 would they extend them again as we probably wouldn't be going now until 2022 and they said that they would just refund them

I'm hoping that they will extend the date again as we got such a good deal when we booked the tickets, and fingers crossed we will get there in 2022
