Just had Salmon new potatoes and broccoli Omg scrumptious to the max.

Oven with Cajun spice for me. I also like it cooked in the frying pan (dry fried) with onion and Cajun spice then add peas and boiled or steamed rice. It's like a salmon fried rice. My son who hates any sort of fish even likes it with rice.
