Booking seats with Virgin

Hi don’t call .. they are useless.
If you check your VH booking online at the 331 days. Go to itinerary then scroll down and you will see under the flight details a book seats option (this will be before the date on the VH manage your booking main page) .. I checked around 8am and logged out t(en back in and the booking reference was there.
Did the same on return realise date.

Thank you, will no doubt be refreshing that page and on the phone the VA. As soon as I have them booked I will chill! x

Yes we got the seats we wanted. The guy was really helpful and it was a very easy process.

Our number wasn't put on our booking for a couple of days so I could've missed the seats we wanted.

You'll be able to book inbound when you're 331 days out.

Do you have your VA flight reference number yet. This is available 331 days from the outbound flight but VH could not give it to me until 331 days from the inbound flight. I used the TXT messaging service for VA and they got me my flight references at 331 day from outbound and I booked my Bubble seats straight away, then waited for 331 day from inbound to book those.
The VA txt service is fab. I was hanging on for ages in the phone queue but the people on the txt service can handle more than one customer at a time. We use it at our work on the help desk and response times for customers is so much better.
