Facebook help please

I use the Facebook app on my iPad. I’m not seeing all of my friends posts. Why is this and what can I do to change it?

I can see a number if us have seen this thread and not replied, which I think sums it up, none of us has any real idea how it works! But, as far as I know, sometimes people can choose their audience, so may be that they didnt select you to see a post, or, more likely, the general algorithm it uses is just not showing you the people you wish to see. I often see posts that claim to ‘fix’ the issue by just copying something and pasting it and it says ‘wow this really works’ (it doesn’t)
Perhaps try commenting more or liking posts from those people you like most, and it might show you more of their posts...?

It’s done on algorithms - basically this means it shows you what it thinks you want to see. The more you interact with comments, likes, loves etc thx more it will show you of that persons feed. You need to up your engagement game!

As above re algorithms and you usually need to interact with someone within a time period of becoming their friend (I think 24 hours but that could be wrong). You also need to “follow” your friends as well as be their friend to get all of their updates.
