What did you do with your extra hour

Went to the gym this morning and then went on an autumnal walk this afternoon.

Very ominous clouds but luckily no rain.😊

Annoyingly I’d still not optimised my time today as otherwise I’d have gone for a 13.1 half-marathon distance and probably set a personal best as I was on good form today.

Still spending time with friends with a roast dinner and a lot of wine made up for that. (That Tier 1 life)

Thanks - I'm so lucky to live where I do. I'm in the middle of the South Downs so have lush hills and trails in all directions, but if I take to the road and run south for three miles I'm on the coast.

I mix up trails and road, often taking my Lab with me when off-road and I never get bored of the fun we get to have!

I spent most of it trying to convince my 2 year old to go back to sleep before relenting and giving her my phone to watch Disney+ while I dozed.

We landed in Greece at midnight last night so I haven’t got a scooby what time it actually is/was before the clocks changed! All I know is that my iPad says it’s 11.27pm and I’m tired.
