If mnsshp tickets are not on sale from Disney (until 25th) this is just an advance reservation.
I suspect that Ticket sellers, get an allocation as soon as they are available ie after 25th. Disney332

Seems a bit odd though that these two sites have them on sale when Disney haven't actually announced the dates on their website? or am I missing something?
