Think as long as you cancel before 24 hours of travel you can cancel foc but may need to look a t's and c's

Also if parking in certain areas you need to have parking cards that you scratch of time and date at the start of your arrival. These can be purchased at most places

Yes we needed a DVLA code. Think they last around 3 weeks
