I am shocked that this has happened to you and the total lack of effort they seem to be putting into getting things sorted!

I can't help but think of every vlogger / influencer they seem to shower with gifts and extras, yet they cannot get the basics right for those that really need it.

Really hope they come good in the end and if they don't take everyone's advice to go higher.

Been up 3 times as manager still not emailed me

Second time front desk said it was my fault for not booking the right category , eh no was booked at 11 month window and have the paperwork , she then said they have no control of allocations until a week out

We are in the springs , and now in an assessable 2 bedroom

Springs is ok , but for us still prefer congress park

That's not acceptable. I hope this gets sorted properly for you. I know sometimes I've been put in an accessible room at a hotel despite not needing one and not reserving one. I've gone back down and had them swap it so that it is there if people who do need it turn up.
