Anyone have a phone number for Princess cruises customer service?

Other than the one on the website.

We have been trying to sort out a refund that they owe us from a cruise we had with them a month ago. They credited us �50 for damaged clothing during the cruise but as soon as we were off the ship they charged us for something ( we don't know what) that just happened to be the same amount.

We've written multiple emails and phoned many times and still can't get an answer or the refund. Even the travel company we booked it through can't get in touch. Apparently they have one slot per week when they can contact the cruise line and they haven't got an answer. The standard of service is appalling if you have a problem.

So I was wondering if anyone had another number where you are not put on hold for 45 minutes before neong cut off.

I would contact on Twitter instead or maybe go through the option for new bookings.

Cheers, I might try the second option as I don't do Twitter ( or maybe it's about time I did)
