I have over 200 points for Bay Lake tower (and all other resorts from 7 months).

£14 per point.

I am an experienced renter and have a contract for both parties.

All rentals are non refundable but I will always work with renters and try to assist them where I am able to.

Points expire 31/5/23 but could be banked if you needed them for after this date.

Happy to transfer as well to another owner.

Just updated my post as there are lots of members who have not rented before…..this will help you all xx. Please ask if you need any other help, happy to help.

You first need to decide what size room you need and which resort you would like to stay at.

There is an availability tool below that shows you what is available across all DVC resorts.

So the best thing to do is decide what you would like, pick the resort, check the availability and then see if you can find a member to work with you to get a reservation.

Most renters have a contract for both parties to sign, almost all point rentals are non refundable.
