Welsh , unless its not on the from. Our American friends got educated early into our friendship about the 4 nations. They got confused and introduced us to their kids as Belsh ( British and Welsh combined) so that has stuck

It depends where in the world at the time I guess.
I’m Scottish , live in England. In any other part of the world I would be from the “UK” then more specifically I’m Scottish.
