Crete or Corfu in Oct?

We are considering crete or curfu for October half term never been to either which would you recommend?

I lived on Corfu many years ago and still have family on the Island, it's a beautiful lush green Island, due to the rain in the Winter. October can be very hit and miss weather wise, so if you want a more reliable climate, I think Crete would be better. Both Islands are lovely and very different.

We went to Crete in October and the weather was amazing. Would go back in a heart beat to Chania.

Both islands stunning but Crete tho not a dead cert weather likely to be warmer.

Another vote for crete, been to both late sept/early oct & corfu was hit & miss

We love Corfu but the weather in Crete should be better in October

Not been to Crete or Corfu yet,but I'm taking a chance on some late sun for a couple of weeks back to Zante in October 🤞🌞

Never been to Crete went to Corfu in October 2019 and the weather was beautiful ,last year was abit hit and miss that said we are back again in October this year so fingers crossed.

We went to Crete in October once and the weather was mostly good but we did get a few downpours which messed up our plans.
