Question Disney Magical Extras

I've seen this on the Disney website, it includes offers and discounts inc Earl of Sandwich and places at DS.
But nowhere can I see who's entitled to have it, do you get it if you stay at a resort hotel etc ?
And being Disney you can't find an eMail address and a telephone call will use up an hour of your life with no guarantee of getting an answer.
Anybody know how Magical Extras work ?

You get it by booking a package through Disneyholidays.co.uk. Four weeks before you arrive you will be emailed a booklet detailing all the discounts you are entitled to, you will be given a plastic discount card and physical paper vouchers when you check in to your Disney resort. Flash this card or voucher when ordering/paying at the selected stores/restaurants/experiences and you will be given the discount.

Usually it’s when you book a hotel package with them. You get a little book of voucher for money off different places. We tend not to use it as it often doesn’t include the places we eat.

Do you mean these magical extras:

disneyholidays/wal...agical-extras/

As it says on the above website, you get them when you book a package with Disney which includes at least a 5 night resort stay and tickets (you do get 15% off shopDisney with just a hotel booking).
