If you don't mind paying disney prices catch the skyliner to Epcot and go to the resort shop at Boardwalk, because it is a DVC resort the shop has some basic food supplies, beer yes, cereals and milk yes, croissants - not sure they do these though the bakery at CBR foodcourt will. Another alternative is use uber eats to deliver a small grocery shop for you, no wasted time looking for stuff and if it is stuff you can pick up at a convenience store it will be with you in half an hour or so. Getting alcohol delivered can be tricky as most places need you to be there in person to collect so am not sure this will work for that, we never tried.

The Mara quick service at animal kingdom jambo house sells:
Vars different varieties of bagels,croissants and 1 off cereal bowls as well as cider and beer and seltzer cans and fridgerated salads and baked goods, the zawadi shop also sells bread,packet cereals, eggs,milk, ham, cheese crisps etc. Hope you get sorted,
