I’m trying to lose a stone before California but it’s just not shifting! This week has been a no go really though as I haven’t been able to walk the dog as much as I usually do because of the heat.

I’ve totally cut out sugar and sweet treats (although I did have a low fat ice cream last night!) I’m going to take the dog out on longer walks next week if the weather is okay, I’m planning at least 5 miles a day!
