Mobile Very easy pizza dough

Many years ago when my children were little we used to make a very simple pizza base. It did not contain yeast. I cannot find any record of it now and I would like to make it with the grandchildren.

Any of you clever people got any ideas please?

We buy the pizza flour from Tesco for around 60p. Just add 100ml tepid water.
Works a treat if this helps.

Thank you Kevin but I'm a bit scared of yeast. I never seem to be able to make it work.

A few recipes on BBC Good Food, I find the key with pizza dough is kneading it enough and adding enough olive oil. Mine has got much better since I started using kitchenaid to knead it.

This is a good recipe if you don't want to use yeast, I used it a lot during lockdown.
