Trailer for Baz Luhrmann's Elvis. Big Elvis fan. Tom Hanks is playing Colonel Tom Parker. Don't know much Austin Butler who is playing Elvis. I'm hoping it's going to be good

Oh I’m honestly not sure about this.
I’ve just asked dh if he wanted to watch the trailer and got a straight up no! He says he will just get annoyed it’s not Elvis! I might go myself, but the jury’s definitely out till I’ve seen it.

I love Elvis and would definitely have given this a go, but having watched the trailer the actor playing him is nowhere near good looking enough which annoyed me 😆 I don’t know if it’s him singing or not as his voice is quite good.

No one is ever going to be as good looking or as good at singing the songs as Elvis. I love Elvis (met DH at an Elvis holiday 40 years ago 😂

The trailer looks interesting. Is it more about Colonel Parker? The singing on the trailer sounds like Elvis himself.

I'm really looking forward to this but no one who plays him will ever be as handsome as Elvis, he was absolutely gorgeous and boy could he sing, the only other person I think that of as well is Clint Eastwood
(never heard him sing though)
