There are different classes of private dining event. $5000 is likely to be a 'party'
You used to be able to book allsorts of options at the GF for various numbers of people from 2 to 1002. There are balconies, patios, marina locations and they even put a full meal and butler on the G1 - if this is something you are interested in let me know, Pat Anderson is the lady you need to talk to and I have her contact details. |

Thank you! My sister has a limited budget and we will quite likely just pay for our own meals. I'd be grateful if you could forward on Pat's contact details though. She may be able to help if I tell her our requirements.

Just contacted Disney regarding catered event space and regardless of location it's a $5000 minimum spend which is a shame as thats way over her budget 🙁

Yes it’s really frustrating. I tried to call Disney Dining to see if I could book an area in one of their restaurants but it’s a 2 hour wait!

We booked STK in Disney Springs for our wedding meal in 2017, we got a private room and 2 private servers for 16 of us and including unlimited drinks it was only $65 pp for food and $35 pp for a drinks package
I wonder what inflation has done but I would definitely recommend it, the experience was amazing, food incredible and we got some nice pictures up on there balcony |

Thanks for the info. I reached out to them and they require a $2500 minimum. So frustrating as she's already maxed out hence why we're paying for our own meals.

We are also getting married here in May. We plan to have a meal by the lake as Theresa has recommended a few places and then hopefully rent a pontoon boat for the evening to watch the fireworks. (If I can get through to Disney! )
