Rotisserie Chicken Salad (UD) - $12.49

And the other 2 could share one of the pulled pork and chicken platters.

Again - anyone been?

As you can see there’s not a lot of Qs or snack choices for me which is another reason for us to favour the table service places in the parks.

Any other suggestions?
On past trips we have always eaten at thunder falls at IOA, always loads of table inside and not hectic. Had the half chicken many times that comes with corn, normally comes with the roasted potatoes however they (certainly have in the past) let you switch that for a different side. Have not tried the salad but plan to when we go in august.

Thanks. Great to have extra places to choose from.

Dining Reservations

So I stupidly booked Steakhouse 71 for the wrong day. When I checked there was availability for the day I actually wanted but much later so I’ve shelved this.

Toledo - I booked this instead. I really like the look of the tower at CSR and it would be somewhere we’d be interested in staying at some point. Menu looked great and I believe there’s a nice bar as well so trying this instead.

Universal / city walk
Ive made some bookings although it feels a bit weird to do these in advance. I’m hoping I can move them around when we are there but if not at least I’ve got what we want. Booked Mythos, Lombards, Antijitos, Finnegans, Cowfish and Vivos.

Football - soccer
We all have tickets for the Orlando city v Inter Miami.

Plus Ds and Dh have tickets for the Arsenal v Chelsea game at camping world stadium. I’m giving this one a miss. They’ve not set the kick off time time yet but I’ve booked myself a dinner at Big Fire in case it’s an evening kick off. I envisage some chilling out and some single rider time for me.

What a great list of restaurants- a shame you missed your preferred time for Steakhouse 71 but I’m sure if you keep looking a better time will come up.

After the boys trip last year, we are definitely booking restaurants in advance, so I totally understand why you have booked your Universal restaurants. I think Summer is going to be super busy and you will be thankful of your reservations!

How amazing that your DH and DS have the Arsenal/Chelsea football tickets. My boys would have loved to have been able to go. 😁 They did get tickets for the Arsenal/Seville Summer game in London but as it is a week before we are meant to fly they may not be able to go unless the testing for entering the U.S. is dropped.

Really not long for you now, you must be getting so excited. 😆

You have a fantastic list of restaurants and food for your trip! It’s great that at most places you’ll be able to find a low carb option, it really is a myth that it’s all burger and fries everywhere.
Not long to go now before you guys are off!
