Oh hard to choose. For me it would be

Coffee cake with coffee frosting and lots of coffee flavour. Very rarely make it as only I eat it, unfortunately.

Pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting, this is to die for if u have a good recipe, very similar flavours to carrot cake.

Chocolate fudge cake. Warm! Yum

Carrot cake with frosting
Christmas cake with marzipan decoration only no royal icing
Chocolate brownies

What is hummingbird cake? I'm off to Google that as I've not had it and I'm worried I'm missing out.

Try the Jamie oliver hummingbird cake recipie
jamieoliver/recipes/...mingbird-cake/

Its the combination of pineapple and the brittle on top that does it for me. Lovely cake.

You do all realise that I am a menopausal woman on a diet! Not a great combination 😫 Not only am I currently surrounded by Easter eggs but now reading about cake!
I just might report this thread 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

I love coffee & walnut cake.
Carrot cake with lots of frosting but no pesky raisins.
Cheesecake

Growing up with lived in a little village with one bakery. Joneses Bakery. My sister and I could only look in the window (wasn’t allowed treats) but on our birthday we always got a Joneses birthday cake made with layers of fresh cream and jam. I am yet to taste a cake as good as this, we always reminisce about those amazing birthday cakes 🎂

Wow
Shocked by the love of carrot cake ,
As Peter Kay would say Carrot ? cake ?
They just aren’t meant to go together at all

Also surprised so many people like lemon drizzle - I do I am the only one in our family that does

I like the simple things in life
Victoria sponge
Fudge cake
New York cheesecake

As long as it doesn't contain pineapple I'll eat any cake but here are some that spring to mind

I do like a traditional wedding/Christmas cake
A chocolate eclaire
A really fresh jam doughnut

And if a cake needs to be eaten with a fork the so much the better!

I'm not really a cake person but I do like a lemon drizzle. What I really love are doughnuts but as I am now gluten free I imagine that love affair is over.
