Mini Egg Cheesecake

My eldest DD and I made this on Saturday using a recipe from Jane’s Patisserie. DD had been asking to either make this or a Creme Egg version, but we went for this as not everyone likes creme eggs. It was lovely, but very very rich and we all struggled to finish our portions!
